How do you think they would go? Here's my two cents:

-Boba Fett vs Samus Aran: Rather than blasting Fett's head off, Samus simply spin kicks him, shattering the ice around his head and knocking him unconscious as he is sent flying

-Akuma vs Shang Tsung: Tsung is still barely alive after the beatdown Akuma gives him, and Akuma walks away, hoping Tsung will get stronger

-Rogue vs Wonder Woman: Rogue drains just enough of Wonder Woman's power to weaken her before knocking her out with a punch

-Goomba vs Koopa: The goomba and his friends all stagger back onto the stage, dazed, while the Koopa comes back out as a Dry Bones.

-Haggar vs Zangief: Same events, but Haggar gets on his hands and knees, exhausted, as Zangief cheers.

-TMNT Battle Royale: Mikey is incapacitated by a wound that Leo covers up with his headband while Raph and Donnie fight, Donnie gets punched unconscious by Raph, and Raph gets stabbed through the chest rather than the throat, allowing him to survive.

-Leonardo vs Zitz: Rather than slicing Zitz in half, Leo dodges his strikes, and attacks with kicks and his blade's hilt, eventually knocking Zitz out.

-Yoshi vs Riptor: Rather than Riptor's face getting doused in acid, Yoshi manages to overwhelm her with his speed and intelligence before dumping her into Boomstick's car. She survives, indicated by a twitching leg and a low growl.

-Felicia vs Taokaka: Taokaka lets Felicia off with a crapton of scratch marks after catching her in a combo.

-Kratos vs Spawn: Spawn pins Kratos down with Leetha's chains and shoots him in the limbs repeatedly until he's incapacitated. As he struggles to go after Spawn, he just walks away.

-Bomberman vs Dig Dug: Same thing happens, but Bomberman staggers out from the explosion, covered in ashes, before falling unconscious.

-Vegeta vs Shadow: Vegeta simply swats Shadow to the ground, leaving him unconscious in a crater.

-Mario vs Sonic: Sonic runs around Mario in circles fast enough to cause him to get engulfed in a tornado, which sends him flying off into the distance.

-Luke Skywalker vs Harry Potter: Luke approaches Harry to help him after his scar is ripped open

-Chun-Li vs Mai Shiranui: Rather than being reduced to a skeleton, Chun-Li is blown upwards by the burst of fire, when Mai jumps up and kicks her down to the ground, rendering her unconscious on impact

-Starscream vs Rainbow Dash: That was technically WAS non-lethal already, as Starscream's spark still lives.

-Master Chief vs Doomguy: The two rapidly fire at each other until Chief manages to get Doomguy to collapse. Chief helps his opponent up and carries him offscreen.

-Eggman vs Wily: Eggman, Wily and Bass manage to escape from Metal Sonic.

-Peach vs Zelda: The Mega Strike does what it ACTUALLY does in the game and splits Zelda into three separate clones. The clones begin fighting amongst themselves as Peach watches in confusion before slowly backing away.

-Thor vs Raiden: Thor holds back when swinging the hammer and launches Raiden into the side of a cliff, knocking him through it and rendering him unconscious.

-Link vs Cloud: Cloud slowly gets back up after Link's combo and the two shake hands.

-Batman vs Spider-Man: Spider-Man's attack sends Batman rocketing out of the webs with his limbs intact and launch him into the air, unconscious

-Pikachu vs Blanka: Blanka slams Pikachu upside the head with his fists, burying it in the ground with only its tail visible.

-Goku vs Superman: They do not destroy the planet, and Superman manages to hold back just enough to injure Goku to the point where he needs medical attention.

-He-Man vs Lion-O: The Eye of Thundera does not attack He-Man as he leaves, instead focusing on healing Lion-O.

-Shao Kahn vs M. Bison: Rather than picking Bison up and tearing him in half, Kahn throws him in the dungeon, intending on forcing him to participate in the next Mortal Kombat tournament.

-Strider Hiryu vs Ryu Hayabusa: Hiryu does not attack Hayabusa after he wins the final clash, instead healing him with one of his Options.

-Ivy vs Orchid: Orchid does not turn Ivy into a frog, she simply walks away and leaves Ivy writhing on the ground.

-Fox vs Bucky: Fox just viciously beats Bucky's face black and blue before calling down Falco to pick him up, taking Bucky back as a criminal.

-Terminator vs Robocop: The Terminator's head still functions, its eye glowing as it watches Robocop walk away.

-Luigi vs Tails: Rather than getting punched through the chest, the magic arm punches Luigi in the face, causing him to stagger about before falling flat on his face, unconscious.

-Pokemon Battle Royale: Venusaur is sent tumbling across the ground by wing attack before being rendered unconscious by fire blast and Charizard is inflated before Blastoise tackles it, causing it to spit out all the water and get launched into a mountain, knocking it out.

-Fulgore vs Sektor: Fulgore slices Sektor in half and leaves, thinking he's dead, but Sektor is shown dragging his cybernetically enhanced body towards his lower half.

-Godzilla vs Gamera: Gamera manages to retreat, leaving Godzilla roaring in anger.

-Batman vs Captain America: Batman hits all of Cap's pressure points, rendering him unable to move, before walking away.

-White Tigerzord vs Gundam Epyon: Tommy and Saba manage to escape the exploding Zord, unbeknownst to Zechs.

-Ryu vs Scorpion: Scorpion's blast of fire leaves Ryu severely weakened, and Scorpion spares him for being a worthy challenge.

-Deadpool vs Deathstroke: Deadpool does not use the carbonadium sword, instead managing to impale Deathstroke enough with several normal blades to render him weakened enough for Deadpool to collect his bounty.

-Kirby vs Majin Buu: Rather than the sun, Buu is carried all the way across the galaxy, leaving his fate ambiguous.

-Ragna vs Sol Badguy: Sol manages to defeat the Black Beast and send Ragna back to normal before picking up his unconscious body and dragging him off to get the bounty.

-Gaara vs Toph: Toph encases Gaara in his sand armour just enough so he can't move before restoring the area back to the way it was when she arrived in an attempt to make amends.

-Guts vs Nightmare: Well, Nightmare will probably come back, so...

-Iron Man vs Lex Luthor: Tony takes Lex to jail rather than blowing him up.

-Beast vs Goliath: Goliath rams Beast into a building, knocking him out.

-Solid Snake vs Sam Fisher: Snake knocks Sam unconscious by chopping the back of his neck.

-Dr. Doom vs Darth Vader: Vader hits the solid ground rather than the lava, and has his legs crushed by the rock. Doom has him locked away.

-Goku vs Superman 2: Superman pins Goku down and manages to talk things through with him. They go off to fight evil together.

-Donkey Kong vs Knuckles: Rather than Knuckles getting splattered, the camera pans up as DK glares at him. Cut the Knuckles reaching the top of the mountain having climbed up, with his eyes swollen shut, bruises all over his face and not looking very pleased as Donkey Kong follows suit, giving him a warning glare before going to rebuild his hoard.

-Wolverine vs Raiden: Just think the written battle here on DeviantArt.

-Hercule Satan vs Dan Hibiki: The capsule does not fall into Dan's mouth. Instead, Hercule punches him hard enough to cause him to plow headfirst into the stadium wall.

-Yang vs Tifa: Yang catches Tifa in a beating that ends with her getting punched through a door, knocking her out.

-Mega Man vs Astro Boy: Already kind of non-lethal, as the ending implies Astro was sending Mega off for repairs.

-Green Arrow vs Hawkeye: Hawkeye's arrow pierces Green Arrow's shoulder rather than his head, and Green Arrow grudgingly gives up as his arm is too injured to use his bow anymore.

-Pokemon vs Digimon: Tai calls off WarGreymon after Red and Charizard are too injured to fight. Results screen shows him getting them medical assistance.

-Dante vs Bayonetta: Dante still stabs Bayonetta, but then he takes off his longcoat and wraps it around her to stop the bleeding before carrying her off bridal-style to get her help.

-Bowser vs Ganon: Dry Bowser still lives, and is scowling as Ganon sits in his throne and forces him to dance.

-Ratchet and Clank vs Jak and Daxter: Ratchet instead turns Jak into a sheep, and Daxter tries to get him to say something.

-Flash vs Quicksilver: Quicksilver hits the statue, not the blade, and slams to the ground, getting knocked out in the process.

-Joker vs Sweet Tooth: Instead of spraying Sweet Tooth with the Joker Venom, Joker manages to convert Needles to his side, essentially making Needles one of his cronies.

-Mewtwo vs Shadow: Mewtwo simply flies away, leaving the confused Shadow to try and figure out just what's happening.

-The Meta vs Agent Carolina: Carolina shoots Meta in the chest instead of the head, knocking him out rather than killing him.

-Cammy vs Sonya: Sonya settles on simply breaking Cammy's bones before tossing her to the ground, leaving her writhing as she takes away Kano's body.

-Tracer vs Scout: Scout comes back from death anyway, so his KO screen shows him respawning and getting pissed at his loss.

-Ken vs Terry: As Ken lies on the ground, Terry offers him a hand up, which he accepts. Terry then helps Ken out of the collapsing building.

-Amy vs Ramona: Amy does not crush Ramona with the arcade cabinet, and instead just leaves her unconscious at Scott's side.

-Hulk vs Doomsday: To be honest...I really don't see any way Doomsday wouldn't kill Hulk.

-Zoro vs Erza: Instead of getting cut in half, Erza instead gets a nasty wound on her chest that incapacitates her. As she falls to a knee and pants in exhaustion, Zoro makes his leave.

-Lara Croft vs Nathan Drake: After Drake survives his fall from the helicopter, Lara kicks him in the head to knock him out and steals the treasure.

-Scrooge McDuck vs Shovel Knight: Scrooge calls the cops on Shovel Knight and has him arrested for trespassing and attempted theft as he is helplessly stuck in the money bin.

-Venom vs Bane: Batman and Spider-Man show up just as Venom is in the process of killing Bane, prompting Venom to flee.

-Megazord vs Voltron: The Rangers manage to escape Voltron before it explodes.

-Natsu vs Ace: Natsu's final attack simply leaves Ace lying on the ground unconscious, his body smoking.

-Sub-Zero vs Glacius: Sub-Zero manages to shatter Glacius' ice and beats him into unconsciousness.

-Android 18 vs Captain Marvel: When 18 lands on Marvel's head, rather than getting crushed, Marvel's head becomes buried in the ground, and she lets out a muffled groan of pain to signify that she's still alive.

-Metal Sonic vs Zero: Metal Sonic's head survives, and glares angrily as Zero carries him off.

-Lucario vs Renamon: Lucario thrusts Bone Rush into Renamon's gut, launching her through a wall and knocking her unconscious

-Balrog vs TJ Combo: TJ breaks both of Balrog's arms, then walks up to claim the belt as Balrog furiously yells that he's not finished with him

-Shredder vs Silver Samurai: Shredder cuts off one of Silver Samurai's arms, then leaves in disgust, not wanting to waste any more time on what he considers an unworthy foe.

-Smokey Bear vs McGruff the Crime Dog: Instead of crushing McGruff's truck, Smokey simply points to the destruction caused by the vehicle. McGruff turns around to see the damage he caused, looks shocked for a moment, and then hangs his head in shame, apologizing to Smokey for all the trouble. Smokey smiles and places the truck on the ground. McGruff steps out, and Smokey says "Now what do you say we put out this forest fire?" to which McGruff agrees. As they set out to deal with the fire, Smokey says "Now I hope you'll be more proactive from now on, McGruff." McGruff replies "You got it, big fella."

-Thor vs Wonder Woman: Thor comes to his senses after Wonder Woman forces him to repeatedly hit himself. He apologizes for his behaviour, and Diana decides to forgive him and let bygones be bygones.

-Naruto vs Ichigo: Naruto, after seeing Ichigo is no longer in any condition to fight, calls off the final blast and goes back to normal form. He approaches Ichigo, who feebly hits him with the stick. Naruto knocks Ichigo out with a chop to the neck, then carries him off for medical attention.

-Batman Beyond vs Spider-Man 2099: The bombs end up blowing Miguel backwards into a wall, knocking him out rather than killing him.

-Sephiroth vs Vergil: Vergil falls unconscious after escaping Supernova. Sephiroth decides he isn't worth the effort and leaves.

-Black Panther vs Batman: T'Challa defeats Batman with a punch that renders him unconscious.

-Raven vs Twilight Sparkle: In the results screen, Twilight is shown slowly pulling herself out of the hole, eyes spinning dizzily.

-Jotaro vs Kenshiro: Ken strikes the pressure points in a manner that leaves Jotaro paralyzed and unable to continue fighting.

-Crash vs Spyro: Spyro does not use the Aether Breath, instead headbutting Crash and sending him flying off into the distance. Spyro assumes Crash drowned and flies off while Crash swims on the surface a mile away.

-Sora vs Pit: Sora's light beam hits Pit's wing, causing him to spiral out of control and crash into a pillar, knocking him out.

-Leon vs Frank: After escaping the tornado, Leon descends and kicks Frank in the head, rendering him unconscious.

-Doctor Strange vs Doctor Fate: Fate ceases his beam before it kills Strange, forcing him out of the mindscape and leaving him too exhausted to continue

-Ryu vs Jin: Ryu's final Hadoken completely envelops Jin, and when it clears, Jin stands tall before collapsing unconscious.

-Samurai Jack vs Afro Samurai: Jack leaves Afro without his arms, leaving Afro snarling in rage.

-Carnage vs Lucy: A piece of the symbiote survives, unbeknownst to Lucy as she walks away.

-Optimus Prime vs Gundam: Optimus catches on that the Gundam is piloted by a human, and so he tears it's limbs off, then reaches in and pulls Amuro out.

-Nightwing vs Daredevil: Nightwing does a straight jab instead of a right hook, causing Daredevil to stumble back and hit his head on a car, knocking him unconscious.

-Mario vs Sonic 2: Mario throws Sonic into the sand, causing him to end up half buried with his legs sticking out.

Ultron vs Sigma: Sigma realizes how outclassed he is and surrenders, deciding to side with Ultron to further his cause.

Roshi vs Jiraiya: Instead of ripping him in half, Roshi's punch sends Jiraiya flying back, causing him to skip across the water like a stone before crashing headfirst into a boulder.

Thanos vs Darkseid: Darkseid pretty much informs Thanos that he is an insignificant worm to him, then decides he is not worth his time.

Aquaman vs Namor: The anglerfish are replaced with electric eels that shock Namor until he loses consciousness.

Mega Man Battle Royale: Classic, Volnutt and X's bodies remain intact so they can be repaired, while Geo simply passes out after the beam.

Black Widow vs Widowmaker: Natasha chokes Ammelie until she loses consciousness, then drags her off for questioning.

Captain Marvel vs Shazam: Billy's final punch does not kill Carol. Instead it launches her through the meteor. Billy flies past her and punches her back down to Earth. Results screen reveals she landed in the arctic, headfirst in the snow, legs sticking out.

Wario vs King Dedede: With nowhere else to go, Wario's waft comes out in the form of a belch, creating a green gas that flows up his nostrils. The smell is too much for even him, and he passes out.

Ben 10 vs Green Lantern: Hal does not cut Ben's arm off, but rather knocks him out with a boxing glove to the back of the head, allowing his past self to trap him and take him in.

Weiss vs Mitsuru: Weiss is shown weakly pushing her upper body off the floor after Mitsuru's final blow. When she sees her broken sword, she pounds the ground in frustration.
