THE FORMER MAN-SLAYER
Kenshin Himura was born into a kind family. But at the age of seven, he lost both of his parents to illness and was sold into slavery. Three other slaves became his surrogate mothers, until bandits killed all of the peasants in the slave trader's caravan sans Kenshin. Kenshin set out to live his life, but harsh circumstances forced him to kill people, with great skill and finense. Kenshin became feared throughout the world as the man slayer. But this was not what he wanted. And so, when the wars ended, he set out to redeem himself for all the crimes he had committed, vowing never again to take another life.

-Kenshin walks onscreen, draws his sakabato, and takes the Hiten-Mitsurugi-ryū stance. "If you insist on fighting, then I suppose I'll give it my all."
-Kenshin swings his sword twice before glaring forward. "I warn you...I am quite dangerous."
-Kenshin slams his sword into the ground, causing rocks to burst up. "Let us begin then."
-Kenshin holds his sword in front of his chest and closes his eyes. "I pray for all of our safeties..."

Taunts
-Kenshin sighs deeply.
-Kenshin shakes his head. "Such pointless conflict..."
-Kenshin points his blade forward. "It is not too late to surrender."

Outros
-Kenshin sheaths his sword and gives the camera a warning glare.
-Kenshin sheaths his sword with a smile.
-Kenshin turns his back to the camera.
-Kenshin bows in respect.

Square Moves

Standard: Slash. Kenshin slashes forward three times.
Side: Overhead Slash. Kenshin slashes downward with his sword.
Up: Jumping Slash. Kenshin jumps up with his sword outstretched.
Down: Sword Slam. Kenshin jumps up and slams his sword downward.

Triangle Moves

Standard: Sōryūsen. Kenshin does a charging sword swing, followed by swinging his sheath down.
Side: Hiryūsen. Kenshin holds his sheathed sword forward and spins rapidly, the sword flying at the forward like an arrow when he stops.
Up: Ryūtsuishōsen. Kenshin does a leaping upward slash and swings his sword down when he reaches his peak.
Down: Ryūmeisen. Kenshin sheathes his sword at incredibly high speeds, firing off a sonic boom which stuns opponents if it hits.

Circle Moves:

Standard: Ryūsōsen. Kenshin does a rapid flurry of sword slashes.
Side: Doryūsen. Kenshin strikes the ground with his sword, sending rocks forward.
Up: Sword Spin. Kenshin leaps up while spinning with his sword outstretched.
Down: Ryūkansen. Kenshin holds his sword in front of his chest. If attacked, Kenshin will sidestep the opponent to dodge and follow with a spinning slash.

Supers

Level 1: Sheathe Strike. Kenshin swings his sheathed blade forward, KOing anyone it hits.
Level 2: Kuzuryūsen. Kenshin dashes forward with his sword outstretched. If he touches an opponent, the screen goes dark and nine kanjis flash onscreen. When the screen turns back to normal, all opponents caught up in the move are KOd.
Level 3: Amakakeru Ryū no Hirameki. The screen goes dark, and the sound of a slash is heard as a single kanji symbol flashes onscreen. When the screen returns to normal, all opponents are KOd.

Grabs:

Forward: Kenshin slashes the opponent back.
Up: Kenshin slashes the opponent into the air.
Down: Kenshin slams his sword onto the oppponent's head.
