Character Bio
THE BLACK DRAGON
Hiei is a male fire demon born to an all female race, due to his mother falling in love with a male fire demon. Due to being male, he was cast from the village as an infant and thrown over the mountain in which he was born, where he was found and raised by bandits. Hiei began to kill at a young age, mostly for fun after he reached his A ranking. After losing his valuable Tear Stone, Hiei trained in swordsmanship with a demon surgeon named Shigure. When he completed his training, he returned to the village he was born at, where he would learn that his mother took her own life out of guilt for letting her son die. He also discovered he had a twin sister named Yukina, who he set out to protect. Many years later, Hiei would join forces with two other demons named Kurama and Gouki to steal powerful weapons from the Reikai, only to be thwarted by Yusuke Urameshi, who Hiei would later become a powerful ally of.

-Hiei reveals his Jagan eye and removes his cloak before drawing his sword with a smirk, saying "It's time for you to meet your end."
-Hiei raises his fists and says "The strongest will prevail!"
-Hiei walks forward with his hands behind his back before pulling out his sword, saying "I'll show you the definition of victory."
-Hiei glares forward and draws his sword, engulfing it in flames and saying "There is a chance you won't survive."

Taunts

-Hiei crosses his arms and shakes his head, saying "Your weakness is noticeable."
-Hiei sheathes his sword and says "You're not strong enough."
-Hiei puts his hands behind his back and says "I've already won."

Outros
-Hiei Hiei swings his sword a few times before sheathing it and puts his cloak back on
-Hiei looks at the camera before turning away dismissively
-Hiei holds his sword aloft before swinging it down
-Hiei shakes his head and motions for the opponent to leave

Losing Outros
-Hiei drops his sword with an expression of shock on his face
-Hiei grits his teeth and turns away
-Hiei sticks his sword into the ground and collapses into a kneeling position, panting heavily
-Hiei shakes his head and walks away

Square Moves

Standard: Slash. Hiei slashes forward.
Side: Double Slash. Hiei does a horizontal slash, followed by a vertical upward slash.
Up: Diving Slash. Hiei leaps into the air and comes back down, slashing with his sword.
Down: Spinning Slash. Hiei spins with his sword outstretched.

Triangle Moves

Standard: Charge Slash. Hiei performs a chargeable slash with his sword.
Side: Stab. Hiei thrusts his sword forward.
Up: Demon Upper. Hiei does a rising uppercut.
Down: Jagan Telekinesis. Hiei grabs the opponent with telekinesis, contorting and squeezing them for several seconds.

Circle Moves:

Standard: Fist of Mortal Flame. Hiei lights his fist on fire and does a dashing punch.
Side: Flamethrower. Hiei sticks his hand out and fires a stream of flames.
Up: Disappearing Trick. Hiei teleports in the direction the control stick is tilted.
Down: 16-Slash Jagan. Hiei rushes forward and draws his sword. If he touches the opponent, he will slash them multiple times in quick succession.

Supers

Level 1: Jagan Slash. Hiei lunges forward and swings his sword downward, instantly KOing enemies he hits.
Level 2: Dragon of the Darkness Flame. Hiei launches a large dragon of dark fire across the screen that KOs enemies it touches.
Level 3: Sword of the Darkness Flame. Hiei engulfs his sword in black fire, and can freely KO enemies he hits while it is like this.

Grabs:

Forward: Hiei engulfs his fist with flames and punches the opponent in the gut, sending them flying
Up: Hiei grabs the opponent by the face and holds them upward, sending them flying away with a burst of flames from his hand
Down: Hiei slashes the foe down the middle, flooring them

Kirby Hat: Kirby gains Hiei's hair and a headband

Heihachi Level 3 Super Animation: Hiei is chained by his wrists, trying to force his way out
